Download Bintoo from the App Store or Google Play, open the app, and follow the on-screen setup. You'll need to enter your name, choose a username, and add a profile photo.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile โ Settings โ Delete Account. Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.
I forgot my password / can't log in.
Tap "Forgot password?" on the login screen. If you still can't access your account, email us at support@bintoo.app with your username.
Can I change my username?
Yes. Go to Profile โ Edit Profile and tap your username to change it. Usernames can be changed once every 30 days.
Video Calls
My camera or microphone isn't working.
Make sure you've granted Bintoo camera and microphone permissions in your phone's Settings app. On iOS: Settings โ Bintoo โ Camera / Microphone. On Android: Settings โ Apps โ Bintoo โ Permissions.
Why can't I connect with anyone?
Check your internet connection. Bintoo requires a stable Wi-Fi or mobile data connection for video calls. If the problem persists, try restarting the app.
How do I end a call?
Tap the red button at the bottom of the screen to end the call at any time.
Safety
How do I block someone?
During a call or on a user's profile, tap the โฏ menu โ Block. Blocked users cannot see your profile or contact you.
How do I report a fake account or inappropriate content?
Use our Report page or tap โฏ โ Report on any profile or post in the app. We review every report.
I feel unsafe โ what should I do?
End the call immediately using the red button. Then report the user via the app or email report@bintoo.app. In an emergency, always contact local emergency services.

Is Bintoo free?
Yes. Bintoo is completely free to download and use. There are no hidden fees or premium tiers.
I was charged unexpectedly.
Bintoo does not charge users. If you see an unexpected charge, it may be from the App Store or Google Play. Please contact Apple or Google support directly, or email us at support@bintoo.app.
